The lighthouse on the Caribbean island of Aruba is a mightly testament to human power - and yet, the volcanic seems to say "but nature is more powerful: bow in its presence". The battle between that power and our stubborn refusal to subjugate ourselves to it forms a picture we can all recognize from our daily lives.
