About This Work
This image not only represents one of Canada's premier cities in winter, but it also invites the spectator into connecting with the urban life around it, and it thus highlights the marginalisation of the individual at the expense of the greater good, while at the same time paradoxically emphasising the possibilities inherent in a sophisticated, almost Rube Goldberg-like cacophony of intention. Taken from the air, this image shows technical mastery but at the same connects with something much deeper.
