A note about COVID-19

MALL IS CLOSED, BUT WE WORK FOR YOU!
During the government-mandated retail store closure, there will be no customers inside the store. But we are around, working for you - by appointment only, during the shutdown period, and we can do curbside dropoff/pickup. What does this mean for you?
CONTACT: Email is best: email Michael personally: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call the store (613-702-1874), but note that our hours are restricted during this period: 11am-5pm, and we are not always in the store.
Emergency Passport/Visa/PR photos: Yes, we can do this for you, by appointment only. Please to arrange your sesssion. Passport, P.R., Firearms License, Treaty, Visa: we do them all. Babies too.
If you have booked photo shoots: you can simply rebook those at your convenience, for any time we are open again.
If you have booked lessons: you can simply rebook those at your convenience, for any time we are open again–OR you can choose to do them remotely, as one-on-one online sessions. to arrange the details.
If you want your photos restored: No problem. We can help in one of two ways:
1. If you can scan the original image at high resolution, or take a good (even cell phone photo) taken in bright, but not direct, light, we will do the usual restoration - your finished product will be sent to you via email or, if printed, via Canada Post.
2. You can call us to drop off photos, and pick up restored photos, by appointment at the curbside.
If you have a Gift Certificate: these never expire. You can use them after we re-open, or you can use them for our online-based services.
